The surroundings are gorgeous, with plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities such as biking and hiking. The staff is very friendly and helpful, with warm smiles and positive attitudes. The spa facilities are amazing, and you can enjoy them at your leisure.
The rooms are a bit on the small side, but who needs to spend all their time in there anyway? some of the staff members do not speak English or German, which can present some communication challenges.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were kind and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our entire visit. The hotel facilities were great, with both indoor and outdoor pools that were open until 23 pm, great to relax and unwind after a long day. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, and the beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel's location in a peaceful and quiet surroundings was perfect for a getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life. the food at the hotel was really good, with a great variety and delicious options that satisfied our taste buds.

The breakfast had plenty of options and the rooms were comfortable. the hotel was located close to the business conference that I attended, making it easy to arrive on time. the WiFi connection was strong and reliable.
The staff seemed uninterested in providing good customer service. When I tried to communicate with them in English, they seemed unprepared and unhelpful.
